Relationship problems affect a majority of adults and are very central to our personal happiness. When our relationships are healthy and strong, we tend to feel much better about ourselves. Positive relationships can also provide us support in our efforts to pursue interests or achieve success. However, sometimes we can come across relationship problems we might not have the capacity to deal with it by ourselves and need some professional help to get back on track. Many individuals have adopted a “pattern” of relating to others and these patterns are often learned from a very young age. In therapy, we explore these patterns and help guide you to understanding your way of relating to others and how your past experiences may be affecting your relationships today, also in therapy we deal with issues including communication, connection, compromise and control.
